 MaxAttach

MaxAttach automatically updates data between your accounting systems, and other external databases, and Maximizer. User-defined fields are created which then allow you to act on various accounting results.

For example:

  • sales staff can see customers that are on credit hold, and take immediate action to correct that
  • marketing staff can search Maximizer for all customers that haven't purchased in the last 12 months
  • accounts receivable staff can search to see all customers with 30 day terms that have balances in 60 and 90 days
